I came across the term HDMI (High Definition Media Interface) which is reportedly the first and only industry-supported, uncompressed, all-digital audio/video interface. It is supposed to provide an interface between any audio/video source, such as a set-top box, DVD player, or A/V receiver and an audio and/or video monitor, such as a digital television (DTV), over a single cable. I just read up on it now, and it seems really interesting. Using a HDMI splitter would be even better as you could have use multiple screens to display your content.
Admittedly, this is all new for me, so if anybody can tell me about all this, I'd appreciate it very much!
