Does your office need a networking system? KVM (an abbreviation for Keyboard, Video or Visual Display Unit, Mouse) is a hardware device that allows a user to control multiple computers from a single keyboard, video monitor and mouse. While this is less common, KVM switches can also function in reverse - that is, a single PC can be connected to multiple monitors, keyboards, and mice. There are now also some newer variations which extend to internet and VOIPing. I think it may be best to consult a computer expert on which of these would be best for your office's particular needs.
