Eat Right
It's a pity that the most convenient foods are the most to blame for most of our health ills. Eating too much "unhealthy" foods supply us with a lot of "empty calories" which just contribute to obesity and all its bad effects (high blood pressure, diabetes etc.). Make the choice of picking healthier foods with more greens and natural foods, use less oil in cooking (boil or steam instead) so that you get more nutrients and less empty calories out of your food, so you'd never have to try to lose weight via crash dieting or taking in Phentermine. Prevention is better than cure.
