Everybody wants to invest, but what to invest in? What's safe, usually appreciates over time, easy to dispose of when needed, and easy to transfer ownership to (just GIVE it to your kids!)?
Precious metals, such as those found in jewelry and rare coins are. Between the two, rare coins from a reputable coin dealer seems to be the better choice. Monaco rare coin seems to be a good company to deal with, since they BOTH buy and sell such rare coins. My dad, on the other hand, used to buy from banks in Hong Kong. That may also be a good choice, but it's just not as convenient as an online company. Of course, we have to check out the company's reputation and not go with just any dealer.
