Run!

Sometimes I think we're just too plain busy...or lazy to do exercises. Simple exercises which do not require complicated equipment are running, swimming, biking. These really burn a lot of calories.

My hyperactive four year old son's nanny is now VERY slender and sexy looking, even when she still has a very healthy appetite and does not take any diet pill, because she's the one constantly running after my boy. Hmmm, maybe I should be the one doing that...
