Slim & Fit

People tend to turn to weight loss supplements as a shortcut for losing and maintaining body weight. What we tend to forget is the fundamental -- take in less calorie laden food, and exercise or move more to burn off excess calories. We've become couch potatoes with a high calorie diet -- what do you expect but increasing weight and girth? So we should remember the basics -- don't eat too much, and don't eat too much calorie laden food. And move, move, move!
