To The Gym!

My brother's done a great job with his exercise regimen. He's been religiously going to the gym and doing both cardio exercises and weights. His weight has dropped accordingly, and he has become thinner, not in an unhealthy way but in a more "packed" appearance. He has lost his flabby belly. He actually has to take some clothes out of the closet since they now hang loosely on his body. All these without the use, as yet of any weight loss pills! Now, if I can only get his discipline (and his time, him being a bachelor and with no kids yet), I can hopefully achieve a similar result!
