Exercise

I used to have a membership at Fitness First, which I canceled as soon as I found out that I was pregnant with my eldest kid. I did think that I might get back to the gym later to lost the post pregnancy fat, but I never did. Fact is, I was not consistently hitting the gym even before. After giving birth, I simply did not have the time and the inclination anymore.

I actually considered home gyms. But my father had one, and I hardly ever used it.

I guess it's about commitment. It doesn't matter what you do, if your heart is not in it, you won't be able to sustain it for a long time.

I just have to find a sport activity that would keep me interested enough to want to do it regularly.
